Ecology Of The Mind

Most Americans have everything they could possibly want, and they still don't think
it's nearly enough.


Lasn's argument in "Ecology of the Mind' is that we as humans have started being in touch with the real world and really have been involved with the social media world. Lasn's trying to show how American's have become dependent on phones and getting basically everything they could ever want.

Eat the instant you're hungry and, as the
Buddhist master put it, "You will never find out what your hunger is
for." Plenitude feeds the malaise as it fills the stomach.


Here in this quote the Author is saying that most people do not know what hunger really is but really most people in America do
